PIP WASS
I am CEO and Founder of a successful influencer management and creative marketing agency in London. I founded the company 6 years ago when I was 23 as there was a gap in the market for a female focused talent management agency and now we work with some of the biggest brands in the world. I came for 6th form and I studied Graphics, Business, Textiles and Photography

What have you done since leaving Waddesdon?
I got into London College of Fashion beating 800 people for 25 places. Mrs Davis recommended that I choose LCF over Southampton and it was the best thing I ever did. I interned alongside uni and finished after two years with an FDA. I then worked at Argos, Dunelm, Grandstand Events, Sports Direct and I Saw it First before raising investment and starting my own agency – Flourish.
Is there anything /one who has inspired your creative practice?
Mrs Evan’s and the creative teachers at Waddesdon really allowed me to find my passion and skills in the creative industry, I was never very good at school apart from sports and when I came to Waddesdon I found classes I really flourished in. I was also inspired by the legends like Tim Walker and Annie Lebovitz.
What has been your most profound success?
Winning Best Influencer Campaign in the Social Media Awards
Winning Best Women in Marketing in the Women in Business awards
Becoming majority shareholder and buying out my investors
Working with household names like Topshop, L’Oreal and ASDA
Do you have any advice for anyone wanting to follow in your footsteps?
Interning is great. Get as much experience as you can in as many different areas as you can and don’t be afraid to go against the grain. Also, listen to people who have achieved what you want to achieve
